A site that ships,
at a price you can see.
Fixed price, and you own everything we make. Built for small businesses and service brands — no WordPress, and nobody between you and the people doing the work.
Most common
Marketing site
A fast site you own, kept improving month to month.
Fixed. $4,999 CAD for Canadian businesses.
- 5–7 pages, skinned to your brand
- A CMS, so you edit copy yourself
- SEO foundations and analytics set up
- The repo and the site are yours
Starts fixed
AI and automation
Take the repeating part of the week off someone's desk.
Build quoted after. Comes off it if you start within 90 days of delivery of the note.
- A look at how the work actually flows
- A ranked note on what is worth automating
- A fixed quote if anything clears the bar
- The note is yours even if nothing does
Scoped first
Custom build
A site shaped around how your business actually works.
Fixed once we have scoped it, not before.
- Rosters, catalogues, booking flows
- The shapes a template cannot hold
- Scoped in writing before anything starts
- The repo and the site are yours
Building something that is the business itself — an app, an API, the whole thing? That is an engagement rather than a package. Tell us about it and we will talk scope.
Optional, monthly
Care
Attaches to any build. Cancel whenever.
What the fixed price includes, and what it does not
Included
- 5–7 core pages (Home, About, Services, Contact, and room for one or two more)
- Brand skin — colours, type, imagery
- A CMS, so you can change copy whenever you like
- Contact and lead form
- SEO foundations and analytics set up
- Launch, and a short session showing you around it
- The repo and the site are yours
Not in the fixed price
- Full rebrand or custom illustration systems — Quoted separately
- E-commerce, complex booking, multi-language — Quoted separately
- Moving a messy WordPress site across, with redirects and content — Typically $1,500–$3,500 on top
Copy is your choice
- You provide the copy. You know your business. Send us the words and we will set them properly.
- AI draft from a short form. You fill in a parameter form — business, offers, tone, proof — and we generate a draft from it. This is a draft, not traditional copywriting, and we say so rather than pretending otherwise.
- Light polish on that draft. Optional. We tidy the generated draft rather than rewriting from scratch.
How a project goes, and who it is for
Four steps
- Choose a way in. Pay for AI discovery or a Marketing site, then tell us about the business. Custom builds are scoped in writing before anything starts.
- Short intake. After checkout, tell us about the business and pick how copy gets written.
- Design skin, then build. Your brand applied, then the site assembled.
- CMS handoff and launch. You get the keys, and a walkthrough.
A good fit
- Local and service businesses that want a real site without agency theatre
- Founders who want ownership and speed over page builders
- Teams ready to grow through Care rather than a full rebuild every two years
Not a good fit
- DIY budgets — if a $50/month site builder is the plan, that is genuinely the right call
- Large custom product apps, unless you want to talk about an MVP sprint instead
More about the AI and automation work
What discovery buys
- A look at how the work actually flows today, with the people who do it
- A ranked note on what is worth automating, and what is not worth touching
- A fixed quote for the first build, if anything clears the bar
- The note is yours either way, including when the answer is that nothing qualifies
What it usually looks like
- Drafting the replies you send twenty times a week
- Sorting and routing enquiries to the right person
- Pulling information between tools that do not talk to each other
- Summarising long documents into the two lines someone needs
- An internal assistant that knows your own material
What we will not do
- We will not bolt AI onto something that does not need it — sometimes the honest answer is a form and a rule
- Anything customer-facing gets checked before it ships, and we will tell you where it is still capable of being wrong
- No promise that it replaces a person. The useful version usually gives someone their afternoon back
Questions
The ones people actually ask
How much does a marketing website cost?
A marketing site is $3,999 USD, or $4,999 CAD for Canadian businesses. Care plans, which are optional, run from $199 to $799 a month.
How long does it take?
Usually a few weeks once we have your content, and you get a real date when we scope it rather than a guess before. The clock starts when your content and assets arrive, not when you pay — gathering those is almost always the longest part, and it is the part you control.
Do I own the site?
Yes. You own the repository and the site. There is no licence to keep paying and nothing that stops working if you stop working with us.
Do I have to buy a Care plan?
No. The build stands on its own and the site is yours either way. Care is for teams who want the site to keep improving rather than sit still.
What if I need something outside the package?
We quote it separately and tell you before starting. Rebrands, e-commerce, complex booking and multi-language all sit outside the fixed price, and we would rather say so up front than discover it halfway.
6 more questions
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes. Content lives in a CMS, so you can change copy whenever you like without waiting on us or paying for it.
Is it WordPress?
No. It is built on a modern stack with no plugin tax and no monthly security scramble. If you are moving off WordPress we can bring your content across, quoted separately.
Do you build AI tools and agents?
Yes. Usually that means taking a repetitive job off someone's desk — drafting routine replies, routing enquiries, pulling information between tools, or an internal assistant that knows your own material. We run agent systems on our own products daily, which is where we learned which parts can be trusted and which parts quietly make things up.
How much does an AI or automation project cost?
Discovery is fixed at $1,250 USD, or $1,599 CAD for Canadian businesses. That buys a look at how the work flows today and a ranked note on what is worth automating and what is not. The build itself is quoted after that, because the useful answer depends on what the discovery turns up, and we would rather quote something real than publish a number we made up. If you go ahead with a build within 90 days of delivery of the note, the discovery fee comes off it.
What if discovery finds nothing worth automating?
Then we say so, and you keep the note. That is a real outcome, and it is a great deal cheaper than finding out after a build. We would rather lose the work than sell you a system that makes your week worse.
Do you work outside Canada?
Yes. We are based in Vancouver and work worldwide, pricing in USD for most clients and CAD for Canadian businesses.
Tell us about the business.
No commitment for a first conversation, and we will tell you if a package is the wrong shape for what you need.
