Who is selling your purchase
AI discovery and Marketing site builds are sold by Metacube Digital, a trade name of 1547851 B.C. Ltd., a studio based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
What you are buying
AI discovery includes:
- A look at how the work actually flows today, with the people who do it
- A ranked note on what is worth automating, and what is not worth touching
- A fixed quote for the first build, if anything clears the bar
- The note is yours either way, including when the answer is that nothing qualifies
Price
AI discovery is $1,250 USD, or $1,599 CAD for Canadian businesses, as shown at checkout.
Credit against a build
If you start a build within 90 days of delivery of the note, the discovery fee comes off it. Starting a build means accepting the build quote and paying its first invoice.
If discovery finds nothing worth automating
Then we say so, and you keep the note.
After payment
After payment, the next step on the site is an intake form.
Refunds and cancellation
Work starts when we hold the first working session with your team. Cancel before then and we will refund the fee in full.
Once work starts, the fee is not refundable; we will deliver the note whether or not discovery finds anything worth automating.
If work has not started within 30 days of payment for reasons on Metacube's side, we will refund the fee in full.
Ownership and intellectual property
You own the note outright. The build quote is for your use.
We keep our methods, templates and know-how. Intellectual property for any build is set by its build agreement.
Taxes
Prices exclude taxes. Where we are required to charge GST or other sales tax, it is added at checkout.
Confidentiality
We keep information you share during either purchase confidential and use it only for the engagement, except where the law requires disclosure.
Your part / cooperation
Discovery needs the people who do the work. If they are not available within 60 days of payment, the engagement closes and we deliver the note based on what we have.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for either purchase is capped at the fee you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
The AI discovery note is recommendations: you decide whether to act on them, and we do not guarantee an outcome. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

- 5–7 core pages (Home, About, Services, Contact, and room for one or two more)
- Brand skin — colours, type, imagery
- A CMS, so you can change copy whenever you like
- Contact and lead form
- SEO foundations and analytics set up
- Launch, and a short session showing you around it
- The repo and the site are yours
Price — Marketing site build
A Marketing site build is $3,999 USD, or $4,999 CAD for Canadian businesses, as shown at checkout.
After payment — Marketing site build
After payment, the next step on the site is an intake form.
Design preview — Marketing site build
A design preview is your brand applied to the real layout, delivered in a link you can click.
Refunds and cancellation — Marketing site build
Cancel before the design preview is delivered and we will refund the fee in full. Once the preview is delivered, the fee is not refundable.
Outside the package — Marketing site build
If the intake shows the job needs something outside the package, we will say so before starting. You can choose a full refund or a separate quote for the extra work.
Content and assets — Marketing site build
If your content and assets have not arrived within 60 days of payment, the project pauses. The refund rule still applies: a full refund is available only if no design preview has been delivered.
Ownership and care — Marketing site build
You own the repository and the site. There is no licence to keep paying, and nothing stops working if you stop working with us.
Care is optional. The build stands on its own and the site is yours either way.

Usually a few weeks once we have your content. You get a real date when we scope it, and the clock starts when your content and assets arrive.
